Designed to meet the needs of a new CEO, Executive Director, or C-Level Executive this package includes weekly one on one meetings, in person or by telephone, over a six to twelve month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. Spot training, in specific areas is included as deemed necessary. This package is intended to support the leader in the first year of leadership.

Change Partner

Designed to meet the needs of C-Level Executives, or members of the leadership team, during periods of rapid growth or change. This package includes two one on one meetings per month, in person or by telephone, and one meeting per month with the leader’s team, over a four to six month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. Spot training, in specific areas is included as deemed necessary. This package is intended to support the leader at any point in the leadership timeline.

Successful Succession

Designed to meet the needs of rising stars. targeted as future leaders within organizations, to enhance strengths and build proficiency.  This package includes two one-on-one meetings per month, in person or by telephone, over a six to twelve month period.  Assessments will be used to identify areas for growth or polish, easing the transition from team member to leader.

Small Group Coaching
