Designed to meet the needs of a new CEO, Executive Director, or C-Level Executive this package includes bi-weekly one-on-one meetings, in person or by telephone, over a six to nine month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. Spot training, in specific areas is included as deemed necessary. This package is intended to support the leader in the first year of leadership.

Change Partner

Designed to meet the needs of C-Level Executives, or members of the leadership team, during periods of rapid growth or change. This package includes one or two one-on-one meetings per month, in person or by telephone, and one meeting per quarter with the leader’s team, over a six to nine month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. Spot training, in specific areas is included as deemed necessary. This package is intended to support the leader at any point in the leadership timeline.

Successful Succession

Designed to meet the needs of rising stars. targeted as future leaders within organizations, to enhance strengths and build proficiency.  This package includes two one-on-one meetings per month, in person or by telephone, over a six to nine month period.  Assessments will be used to identify areas for growth or polish, easing the transition from team member to leader.

Small Group Coaching

We are excited to share the newest series of Coaching Over Coffee, small group coaching sessions. These sessions provide a great opportunity to think through important issues, learn new strategies, and even practice new skills.

Clients are finding the Zoom format works well, find value in the perspectives of other participants and the support shared as we take on new information and work to grow our leadership presence.

We are finding many of our clients are overwhelmed. As we move into Summer, we want everyone to feel as if they have the space to enjoy the weather, water, ballparks or whatever Summer means to you. So join us, for some tips, support and conversation and hopefully a greater sense of control and peace.

Schedule

  • June 2nd – Constantly Feeling Overwhelmed? Together, we will consider 5 approaches to taming our sense of overwhelm so that we feel more calm and able to enjoy ourselves this summer.
  • June 16th – Mistakes We Make When Overwhelmed. During busy, challenging times, we feel overwhelmed. The way we react to this feeling often makes it worse. We will look at 5 traps people create for themselves when feeling overwhelmed. We will sort through this chaos and help you regain your sense of control.
  • July 21st – Building Work-Life Boundaries. Covid-19 challenged all our boundaries. Together, we will consider 2 specific behavior styles, and discuss what each style can learn from the other as we create our post pandemic work norms.
  • August 4th – Creating Communication Boundaries. Communication in too many forms compounds our sense of overwhelm. Together, we will think through steps to establish new norms around each of our communication channels. Taming the fire that contributes to our sense of overwhelm.
  • August 25th – Power of Kindness at Work. This past year much of our time has been spent thinking through how to pivot and sustain productivity. Let’s close this series talking about the benefits of kindness in the workplace. We see it as an essential leadership skill that can move through the workplace creating valuable culture change.
