The High Impact Leadership Project is not a typical leadership program. It is a highly interactive, innovative, and selective program focused on strengthening emotional intelligence and dimensional leadership agility.
The evident void in the availability of leadership-based development programs is hurting organizations. Too often, people are promoted into positions of leadership based on functional skills and industry knowledge but lack development around key components of leadership. Through our work with leaders and as leaders, we have gained insight into the positive impact of emotionally-intelligent and agile leaders.
We decided to create a solution –the High Impact Leadership Project (HILP). HILP was developed with the intention of connecting and developing individuals committed to building their leadership prowess to strengthen workplaces and communities.
The High Impact Leadership Project is led by seasoned business leaders and certified executive coaches, Lisa Williams and Marian Guinn, out of their passion for helping leaders and organizations become peak performers. The High Impact Leadership Project is designed to further enhance participants’ emotional intelligence and leadership agility.
Participants in this program will gain self-awareness of their leadership styles and the styles of others, an understanding of dimensional leadership and the various areas from which to lead, how to effectively influence others to achieve results, and how to coach others with impact and success.
Participants of the High Impact Leadership Project will receive:
– Four full-day sessions of innovative leadership training
– An enhanced understanding of self and others via results of the DiSC profile
– Intentional reflection assignments in between sessions to practice awareness and skills gained
– Three individual leadership coaching sessions, by phone, with certified executive coaches
– Opportunity to build relationships with fellow High Impact Leaders
The High Impact Leadership Project is designed to enhance the emotional intelligence and leadership agility of:
● Senior Executives
● Entrepreneurs
● High-potential individuals committed to increasing their leadership impact
