Leadership Coaching

Marian and Gene, ICF certified coaches, with post graduate certification in Leadership Coaching and many years of leadership experience enjoy helping their coaching clients think through and respond to challenges in new ways. As coaches they partner with successful leaders individually or in small groups to tackle meaningful issues and sort through the chaos, to achieve clarity and confidence. Successful leaders find coaching beneficial at many different points in their leadership journey. Here are a few examples of ways we work with leaders:

Bright Start

Designed to meet the needs of a new CEO, Executive Director, or C-Level Executive this package includes one or two sessions each month in person, by Zoom or phone, over a six-to-twelve-month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. The Coach serves as a thought partner and assumption buster providing a safe space to talk through challenges and ideas. This package is intended to support the leader in their first year of leadership.

Change Partner

Designed to meet the needs of C-Suite Executives, or members of the leadership team, during periods of rapid growth or change. Leadership can feel very lonely, having a coach to talk things through with can lessen your sense of loneliness. This package includes one or two meetings per month, in person, by Zoom or phone, over a four-to-twelve-month period. It is possible to add meetings with the leader and their team to work on specific issues, facilitate challenging conversations, or provide professional development on desired topics. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. This package is intended to support the leader at any point in their leadership journey.

Successful Succession

Designed to meet the needs of rising stars. targeted as future leaders within organizations, to enhance strengths and build proficiency. This package includes one or two one-on-one meetings per month, in person, by Zoom or telephone, over a six-to-twelve-month period. Assessments will be used to identify areas for growth or polish, easing the transition from team member to leader. It may also be beneficial to add in a few facilitated team meetings as the rising star moves into leadership of a team to improve communication and build trust.

We are excited to share the newest series of Coaching Over Coffee, small group coaching sessions. These sessions provide a great opportunity to think through important issues, learn new strategies, and even practice new skills.

Participants find the Zoom format works well, find value in the perspectives of other participants and the support shared as we take on new information and work to grow our leadership presence.

If you’re like us, there are moments when fear of failure or possible rejection hold us back from taking action. Even when we know the action could bring us closer to a goal or success We’re dreaming of. In this series we will look at how fear may be holding us back, and talk through ways to overcome these fears, so that we can take action and move forward on goals that are important.

In this five-part series, beginning Thursday, December 1, we will have 75-minute small group coaching conversations aimed at helping us tame our fears so that we can network, set resolutions, persuade, share feedback, and create career goals more effectively.

Fearlessness
