Designed to meet the needs of a new CEO, Executive Director, or C-Level Executive this package includes one or two sessions each month in person, by Zoom or phone, over a six-to-twelve-month period. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. The Coach serves as a thought partner and assumption buster providing a safe space to talk through challenges and ideas. This package is intended to support the leader in their first year of leadership.
Designed to meet the needs of C-Suite Executives, or members of the leadership team, during periods of rapid growth or change. Leadership can feel very lonely, having a coach to talk things through with can lessen your sense of loneliness. This package includes one or two meetings per month, in person, by Zoom or phone, over a four-to-twelve-month period. It is possible to add meetings with the leader and their team to work on specific issues, facilitate challenging conversations, or provide professional development on desired topics. Specific goals are targeted in the initial meeting, and progress is monitored throughout the engagement. This package is intended to support the leader at any point in their leadership journey.
Designed to meet the needs of rising stars. targeted as future leaders within organizations, to enhance strengths and build proficiency. This package includes one or two one-on-one meetings per month, in person, by Zoom or telephone, over a six-to-twelve-month period. Assessments will be used to identify areas for growth or polish, easing the transition from team member to leader. It may also be beneficial to add in a few facilitated team meetings as the rising star moves into leadership of a team to improve communication and build trust.
