Nonprofit Executive Search

MG Coaching & Consulting’s Executive Search process helps nonprofits find the best candidate, even if they are not currently looking for a job. Using a customized search that is exactly right for you, we use our regional network and experience, plus years in the nonprofit arena to actively recruit candidates that are the perfect fit for your organization.

We work with the nonprofit to design executive positions that are compelling to candidates with an appropriate compensation range to attract the most qualified candidate for your important position. During the process, MG Coaching & Consulting will promote the position on identified channels, manage and screen applications, and can even work with third-party vendors to do background checks or personality assessments.

MG Coaching & Consulting’s 5 Step Process

  • MG Coaching & Consulting reviews the finalists with the search committee and recommends those for final interview.
  • Candidate profiles are prepared, and the search committee conducts final interviews.
  • Transition plans are finalized.

“So many of us in the non-profit world are juggling other commitments with our non-profit volunteer work. MG Coaching and Consulting can give your challenges the attention and expertise they deserve to be successful”

“As a leadership coach, Marian creates a comfortable and safe environment to share. She is wise in how she has helped me strategically think through issues. As a result of this coaching experience, I have been able to achieve many important goals more confidently and quickly in my workplace AND maintain a feeling of balance and peace (which says a lot in this day and age).”

Amy F - ICF Foundation

“I highly recommend Gene Guinn as a professional coach. Gene has been well informed and easy to talk to about my job search and my interest in changing my life for the better. Gene is very relatable; through his professional and personal life he has had many experiences which allows him to understand and to be empathetic to my situation.”
