Happy New Year!
Hoping you’ve had a wonderful December and are entering 2025 with excitement for the possibilities a new year holds for you, your work and your family.
In our last email we shared questions we find helpful in closing out the calendar year. Today we are sharing our favorite vision forward questions. Setting aside a little time for you as an individual and with your team to think through important questions can be a great way to kick off the New Year in a more thoughtful, grounded way.
Some questions to get you started:
Top 3 Personal Goals: What are my top 3 personal goals for 2025? Why are they important to me? Who can I share these goals with to help hold me accountable to achieving them?
Top 3 Work-Related Goals: What are my top 3 work-related goals for 2025? Why are these important? What habits or processes do I need to adopt to support these goals?
Learning & Knowledge: What areas of learning do I need to focus on? What skills do I need to develop or strengthen? What do I need to “keep current” on? What one skill, if mastered, would have the greatest impact on the achievement of my goals?
Relationship Development: What relationships will I focus on strengthening and developing in 2025? Who do I want to meet and know? Who can help me achieve my goals?
Habits: What time management habits do I need to develop or strengthen? What 3 habits would have the greatest positive impact on my work and life? What habits do I need to drop or replace?
Thinking through the answers to these questions can help you and your team get off to a great start. Wishing you a success-filled 2025!
Sincerely,
Marian & Gene
